Insurance Coverage

Delta Health & Performance is in-network with select insurance plans (listed below).

Coverage varies by plan and benefit structure.

Many insurance plans include Medical Nutrition Therapy benefits, and in some cases, nutrition visits may be covered at 100% with no out-of-pocket cost to the patient.

Referrals

Doctor referrals are not always required for Medical Nutrition Therapy. Some plans — including Medicare — require a referral for coverage.
