Tier 1 - Speed Check-In


45 minutes | $75.00

Best for: Gym members or athletes who want quick, expert guidance without committing to ongoing nutrition coaching.

The Speed Check-In is a focused, one-on-one nutrition session designed to address a specific goal, question, or challenge. This is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, or just want professional input to make sure you’re on the right track.

During the session, we will:

  • Review your curent training schedule and goal

  • Discuss your current eating patterns and habits

  • Address 1-2 specfic nutrition concerns (fueling, macros, supplements, recovery, etc)

  • Provide practical, realistic recommendations you can implement right away

This session does NOT include a full assessment or long-term plan, making it a great first step for those who want clarity and direction without a large time or financial commitment.

Tier 2 - Monthly Nutrition Support


2 x 45-minute sessions per month | $150/month

Best for: Individuals who want ongoing support, accountability, and personalized adjustments while balancing training, work, and real life.

Monthly Nutrition Support provides structures, ongoing, nutrition guidance without weekly appointments. This option is ideal for gym members and athletes who want consistent progress and expert feedback as their training and lifestyle evolve.

Each month includes:

  • Two 45-minute one-on-one sessions

  • A targeted nutrition review based on your training demands

  • Strategy adjustments as your goals or schedule change

  • Ongoing education to help you build confidence with food choices

Your first month includes a mini nutrition assessment where we review:

  • training frequency, intensity, and goals

  • Current eating patterns and routines

  • Lifestyle factors such as work schedule, sleep, and stress

  • Key barriers impacting consistency

From there, sessions focus on refining strategies, problem-solving challenges, and making nutrition feel sustainable…not overwhelming.

This tier is ideal if you want:

  • Accountability without weekly visits

  • Guidance that adapts as your training changes

  • Support for performance, body composition, and consistency

  • A realistic approach that fits your lifestyle

Tier 3 - Group Nutrition Workshops


60 minutes | $25 per person

Best for: Gym owners who want education, community, and practical nutrition tools they can pass on to their current gym members/clients.

Group Nutrition Workshops are interactive, educational sessions focused on performance-based nutrition topics relevant to active individuals. These sessions are designed to simplify nutrition, clear up common misconceptions, and provide actionable takeaways.

Each workshop includes:

  • 60-minute session led by a Registered Dietitian

  • Performance-focused education (fueling, habits, supplements, etc.)

  • Practical examples and real-world applications

  • Time for Q&A and discussion

Workshops are intentionally kept small (10-15 participants) to encourage engagement and allow for meaningful questions.

Sample workshop topics include:

  • Fueling for strength and conditioning

  • Recovery nutrition and performance

  • Macros vs. meal patterns

  • Supplements: what matters and what doesn’t

  • Fat loss while training consistently

These sessions are a great standalone option and also serve as an introduction to one-on-one nutrition support.


These self-pay services are performance-focused and educational in nature.

They are not billed to insurance and are designed for individuals seeking nutrition guidance outside of medical nutrition therapy
